We are a collective of local entrepreneurs, health and wellness professionals, tradesmen, innovators, craftsmen, photographers, artists, designers and event planners working together to restore one historic building at a time in downtown Nixa.
We help to connect small business owners, municipal leaders, community development professionals and non-profit organizations by providing safe, inviting meeting spaces for our community to gather for both private and corporate events and fundraisers. We have private and coworking offices available along with a large commons area for conferences, presentations and workshops, and a stage for performing arts and live musical performances.
Our mission is to preserve, restore and revitalize our abandoned and underutilized downtown historic buildings. We strive to enhance the quality of life within our community by cultivating a creative arts district and safe public gathering spaces. We serve to shape the future of downtown Nixa by nurturing our small businesses, civic institutions and non-profit organizations by creating a favorable environment for learning, enrichment, enjoyment and recreation.
